History of Science Timeline

I-Viewer Premium Stock Content Package

What is science, and where did it come from? How did the scientific method develop? Where did the ideas at the root of physics, mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, and biology begin? The History of Science timeline tracks important events in scientific thought from early civilizations to the current day. Sidebar commentaries, rich images, and interactive illustrations enliven the timeline, tracing the movement of the story of science.

Suggested for any science or technology museum as a general permanent exhibit, and for any exhibit on the history of science.

Standard version: an overview of the history of science through time.

Extended version: user-switchable between various tracks in the history of science: the history of mathematics, history of the life sciences, history of astronomy, history of medicine.

We can create custom History of Science timelines upon request: for example, history of women in science, history of communication, history of nanotechnology.

Educational support: Website and online materials, teachers' aids, suggested student activities. This premium content package includes software, interactive content, graphics for signage/attract walls, and educational support materials.
