How It Works
The IV combines a
computer, monitor, touch screen and position encoder into a single
presentation module that travels on rails in front of a graphic
panel or exhibit. The position encoder tracks the monitor’s position on the rails
and triggers the appropriate visuals/audio keyed to the exact location
on the panel/exhibit.
IV’s robust
third-generation technology delivers the cleanest, simplest, and by far
the most cost-effective design currently available for this type of
interactive.
Interactive Elegance
Information Viewer is
an elegant interactive design that can be configured to match your
exhibit space and requirements with many possible applications and
configurations.
Custom content design
is aided by a software tool designed for client use. Content can also
be created by Exhibit Engineering’s interactive designers.
A few examples of IV’s
many applications are:
-
· Time
Train: an interactive take on timelines
-
· Reading
on Rails: infinite shelf space in a virtual library
-
· Landscape
Lens: add interactivity and deep content to a diorama or wall mural
-
· 3D
Viewer: Leverage your existing 3D content by using the IV to follow
planned routes with interactive "hot spots"
